In order to serve my clients to the best of my ability, I take on a limited number of weddings per year. I provide candid digital and film wedding photos. I create custom packages for all of my couples. I offer wedding day coverage, rehearsal dinner coverage, engagement sessions, and bridal sessions. I am here to help you every step of the way and help you figure out what is best for you!

My Mission
Your wedding day is a big deal and the last thing you need to stress about is your photos. My approach is to capture the entire ambiance of your wedding day. Your wedding day deserves to be captured just as it was. Your wedding photos are timeless and they’re worth investing in.
Your wedding day handled by a very experienced, detail-oriented, and organized photographer. Your wedding is about celebrating you and your partner's love with everyone most important to you. I strive to make your day feel effortless. I help create an environment for you, your friends, and your family to feel comfortable in order for me to capture genuine, candid memories. I will capture your partner’s reaction when they see you for the first time. I will capture those intimate looks exchanged during your vows. I will capture your family member's tears, smiles, and more. I will capture your guests joyous reactions as they share their excitement that you just married your best friend. Your memories are just as important to me as they are to you and with my experience, I will be there to capture every little detail.
initial consult
Once you fill out my contact form, we will set up a time to chat and get to know each other better. We will chat about your wedding details, you and your partner, and anything you'd like to know. I like to take this time to ensure we are a good fit. Most consults are 30-60 minutes.
Booking with Aurelia Baca Photography
After a consultation, I’ll send over a personalized proposal with a contract and invoice for the 30% retainer. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, we will start the planning process!
Wedding Preparation
Before the wedding day, we'll pick a day for your engagement shoot and get to know each other better! I send along locations I have experience photographing at as well as galleries to give you an idea of what to expect. Additionally, you can add a bridal session to get more photos of you in your wedding dress.
Wedding WEEKEND
We’ll capture timeless, documentary wedding photos. I'll help guide you through your day, capture all big moments and the moments in-between. My approach is simple - guided documentary. I like to provide guidance when needed as well as stepping back to observe a lot of true candid moments. I provide multiple photographers in all of my packages to capture all the important moments. Additionally, you can add on rehearsal dinner coverage to capture your wedding weekend from start to finish.
POST WEDDING
You will get a sneak peek of your wedding within a week. You will get all 35mm film photos taken on your wedding day after they are developed. I hand edit every image delivered in your personalized gallery. You can add on personalized keepsake wedding albums to forever encapsulate the memories made. You will receive your entire hand edited wedding day gallery with 8-10 weeks after your wedding day on a personalized website.

Destination Weddings
Investments for destination weddings start at $8,000
I create custom packages for my clients based on their needs. All packages include Aurelia as your main photographer, hourly coverage, digital and film wedding photos available on a personalized website, all travel, a second photographer, keepsake box with prints, albums, a personalized gift, and more. I am always open to traveling for your wedding! Inquire for more details and to set up your consultation.

Couples Sessions
What’s included: Up to 60 minutes of storytelling, 35mm film photos, high-resolution digital images with printing rights, 60+ high-resolution images, online gallery, location assistance, and a 4-6 week turnaround time. Inquire for more details.

Investments for sessions begin at $650
I like to do a mixture of candid, documentary style photography and some posing. I provide guidance when some is needed (i.e. family group photos and a few bridal party group photos). I like to read how my couples interact and guide them into ideas that help bring out the connection they share.
Do you pose people at all?
Yes, I do! I shoot on several film cameras during the day. I believe film is truly timeless and very intentional. I also edit my digital images to emulate film. So, overall, your gallery will include film and digital photographs.
Do you shoot film?
Absolutely! I'm more than happy to send multiple galleries to give you an idea of what your photos may look like.
Can we see a full wedding gallery?
YES! Wedding albums are such a perfect keepsake. I am here to help create your own wedding album. I highly recommend printing your photos.
DO YOU OFFER WEDDING ALBUMS?
Yes! I am currently based out of Austin, TX & Denver, CO; however, I am more than happy to travel for your wedding. I have photographed weddings in Jamaica, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, California, Arizona, Vermont, and Maryland. I offer destination wedding collections, which include all travel.
Do you Travel?
I normally deliver around 100+ edited images for every hour of coverage. Weddings vary depending on the coverage time. It’s normally between 700-1200 edited pictures depending on the coverage time.
How many images can we expect?
The turnaround time for engagement sessions is between 4-6 weeks while weddings is between 8-10 weeks.
When will we receive our photos?
Yes, I include second photographers in all wedding packages. I love having a second set of eyes and help for the day. I also work with people I know and trust.
DO YOU INCLUDE SECOND SHOOTERS?
Of course! I actually love setting up phone/video calls before booking so we can get to know each other better!
